Actually, when you dig down to the basic principles of it all, the REAL way to grow taller is the very same REAL way to keep a fit, healthy physique. But the REAL way will never be a “quick fix.” And as you know, most people looooooove their so-called “quick fixes.” And the corporations loooooove to offer these so-called “quick fixes.”
The “quick fix” is the perfect format to wrap their product in. Why? Because the very name implies that it doesn’t do the whole job. It’s a quick, rush job. It’s immediate results. It’s pretty much incomplete. It’s a band-aid.
So they can get away with offering solution after solution that doesn’t address the core of the problem (for weight loss that would be a healthy diet and exercise) and only addresses the symptoms (excess baggage around the midsection, thighs, buttocks, etc).
So you have all of these “quick fixes” that will “quickly” take away some of that excess baggage (usually by stripping the body of vital hydration) but never addresses the core issues that would actually benefit the person long-term. They know that the vast majority of people don’t actually want to stick to a long-term solution. It’s much easier to just swing from one “quick fix” to the next.
The “quick fix” to growing taller?
Well, there really isn’t one. And that’s the reason why the issue has been largely ignored. Keep in mind that when we refer to “quick fix” that means that someone would see the results of their efforts within a week or so. That just really isn’t going to happen with human height manipulation the way it can with weight loss. So it isn’t to say that someone that wants to grow taller won’t see results relatively quickly (within a few weeks or so) but it won’t be instantaneous.
The REAL way to Grow Taller:
The way how to get taller is to follow the science and methodology in which the human body works. In other words, you have to work with the body..not against it. It actually works out to be much less work than any “quick fix” in the long run, but it involves some preparation in the beginning that most people simply don’t want to be bothered with…they want the “quick fix” right away.
Working against your body’s natural rhythms is kind of like pushing a huge boulder uphill. It’s possible for a little while, but it’s extremely tiring, and very counterproductive. It’s much easier to roll a boulder downhill, right? And that’s exactly what working with your body’s natural rhythms is like. The thing is, you have to climb the hill to get to the boulder first, and that’s the small but important step that most people aren’t willing to take first.
